Not only are we determined to render quality and professional services in freight logistics and trade related aspects, we also believe that supply chain is key to the success of any organization which is why we aim to assist by making Supply Chain work harder for your organization. We combine strategy, planning, management and operational execution to analyse, design, implement and then in turn manage and operate full supply chain functions. Our goal is to build optimized supply chain models which are centred around your specific organization, thereby ensuring that the solutions are well suited to your needs and not a one size fits all strategy that has been applied in other organizations. This ensures that the solutions are far more efficient, flexible and better suited to your organizations ever changing needs.
Business Model
Lusiya Managed Logistics does not own the physical assets which move the goods, instead, we bring our expertise and an extensive supplier network. There is no level of scale or complexity in your logistics challenge for which Lusiya Managed Logistics cannot aim to build a solution for. Our asset light solution is not limited by the financial restraints of owned assets, capacity or networks. This allows us to source logistics suppliers suited to our customers inimitable requirements.
On the freight forwarding front, we partner with a multinational organisation that has a global network and presence. Our partner provides airfreight and ocean freight forwarding as well as customs clearance. The key is to combine expertise with global network capability.

Our Leadership:
Mr. Siyabonga Mnikathi – Managing Director
Siya Mnikathi has 12 years of Commercial and Business Development experience in the Logistics arena having worked for multinationals such as DB Schenker, Rohlig Grindrod and the Imperial Group. He is extremely passionate about solutions selling and partnering with clients to deliver and assist them in realizing efficiencies in their respective businesses. Throughout his career he collaborated in successfully implementing Supply Chain solutions for companies such as Suzlon, Nestle, Group Five and Tigerbrands.
Ms. Luyanda Nyathi ACMA, CGMA – Finance Director
Luyanda possesses years of financial experience gained from working in multinationals in the FMCG field such as Unilever, L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard Sub Saharan Africa. She holds a B.Com Accounting degree from The University of Kwa-Zulu Natal as well as a CIMA designation. She brings to Lusiya Managed Logistics her FMCG industry knowledge as well as her keen eye for analytics, cost optimization and overall streamlining of business processes.
